Installation Tool (Modified)

PLEASE NOTE:

In many cases, the tool works very well, however, no two pools are exactly alike.

Every pool has a unique setup, to include things like.

• Water depth in the deep end where the main drain is located.
• The distance of the pool main drain(s) relative to the pool deck where you stand when using the installation tool
• The tool is mounted on the end of your telescoping utility pole so you can install the clips without getting into the water. However, the length of the pole to reach the drain cover means you must proceed slowly to allow the water to calm down so you can see what you are doing.
• Another variable is the combination of main drain cover you have and the particular clip you are installing. Some clip/cover combinations are easier to install than others.

All the clips that Main Drain Clip-On sells can be installed manually (swim down and install the clips by hand).

Given the above variables, the tool can prove to be a great thing to use, or a difficult tool to use for your pool setup.

For the above reasons, the tool is sold separately. The tool is not expensive and if it works for your pool setup, you will be feet dry, and happy when all is said and done.
